Scheme Documents updated

The 'Requirements for Assessors and Practitioners' defines the criteria for Assessor and Practitioner qualifications and sets out all the regulations and requirements for qualifying in these grades. The 'Requirements for Training and Examinations' defines the requirements that need to be met in order to be able to deliver accredited TickITplus training courses. It also specifies the requirements for the independent examination of TickITplus Assessors and Practitioners.

The main reasons for the change were rebranding to the ITA standard, improvement of the readability and to take into account changes to Base Process Library Version 1.4.0 which is shortly to be issued.
